Our Services

How it works

At Yoga Lives, the focus is physical and mental, the union of the two. We work on both your body and mind to help you achieve your goals.

Yoga can be used to improve health, fitness, wellbeing and athletic performance by increasing mental concentration, ROM, improved flexibility and balance while preventing common injuries and building physical endurance and confidence.

Studies have proved that introducing regular yoga practice will improve flexibility, discipline, mindset and strength.

An individualised programme will move a client through multiple movement planes and well-being practices, including breathwork, meditation, NSDR (non-sleep deep relaxation), NLP (neurolinguistic programming), Somatic Stretching, and functional postures to help all manner of students as well as those athletes aspiring to reach a state of elite performance and well-being.

Focus and managing stress are key factors necessary for high-level performance of any skill. Here at Yoga Lives, we use a specific combination of yoga postures, breath work and inner focus to help rebalance, strengthen and restore overtaxed muscles, joints and ligaments. Through this restoration process, clients can increase their career longevity and develop an inner balance that will last a lifetime.

Research has proven that yoga can reduce stress and anxiety as well as improve sleep patterns and reduce depression symptoms. In this exciting and emerging scientific field, positive psychology is fundamental in the practice of Yoga Lives, while gratitude exercises, journaling and strength-based thinking can have significant positive effects on mental health and performance.
