Yoga Lives is led by Emma, an experienced yoga instructor providing services for individuals and groups both online and in person. Yoga Lives specialises in yoga-based coaching and support for athletes in their pursuit of peak physical performance. Yoga Lives' mission is to create a serene and harmonious space for our clients to connect with their inner selves and find balance. It is through this balance that clients find they can excel. Through a blend of traditional and modern yoga techniques, our aim is to guide our clients in their journey towards physical and mental well-being and excellence. Join us to experience the transformative power of yoga in a calming and inspiring environment.

Qualifications

Our instructor has several decades of yoga experience and is recognised by several institutions including SportsYoga.UK, British Board of Psychology, and Traditional Yoga. She is also an Advanced Senior Teacher with Yoga Alliance International, with over 4000 hours of experience. Other qualifications include:

  • Functional Movement and Sports Yoga;

  • Sivananda Yoga Teacher's Qualification;

  • Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Qualification;

  • Meditation Teachers Certificate;

  • Creative Calm, Yoga Therapy Practitioner for Young People.

As part of her holistic approach to rest and recovery, she is trained in sports yoga adjustment, Thai massage, NSDR, Somatic Stretching, NLP, and Pilates.

Our Philosophy and Values

At Yoga Lives, we combine traditional yoga practice with current scientific findings to provide our clients with the most modern and cohesive coaching possible. We take a multi-disciplinary holistic approach, working in conjunction with S & C coaches, physiotherapists, medical professionals, and sports coaches to ensure that clients meet their goals.

We pride ourselves on our compassionate and empathetic approach to yoga support and always have our client's goals at the centre of our practice. Our instructor is highly skilled and experienced at Yoga Lives. A deep understanding of the client's bespoke needs is gained and a programme of rest and relaxation, alongside personal goals, is developed for each client
